He also played the original version of 'You are the Best Thing' and listen to him talk about how he had to change it to 'make the album' work and not necessarily make it a better song...
The original kicks the crap out of the studio version...IMO of course.

That's great. Wish they'd re-release Gossip In The Grain with his acoustic version replacing the album version.
